This Privacy Policy explains how Cache Cloud collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information in connection with the Lollipop mobile app, admin panel, backend services, and related secure communication features.

• Communication metadata, including conversation membership, message timestamps, delivery/read status, attachment metadata, and call history metadata.
• Files or media that users choose to upload as attachments. Message content is designed to be encrypted before storage or transmission.
• Support, audit, and operational information, including IP address, user agent, admin actions, error logs, and account-management events.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage user accounts, registration codes, sessions, and device access.
• To provide secure messaging, attachments, calls, push notifications, delivery status, and account recovery or reset workflows.
• To protect the service, detect abuse, investigate security events, maintain audit logs, and enforce device/session limits.
• To operate, debug, improve, and maintain the app, backend systems, and admin tools.
• To comply with legal, safety, and platform obligations, including Google Play policy requirements.

Sharing Of Information

• We do not sell personal information.
• We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as cloud hosting, database, object storage, push notification, SMS/OTP, analytics or crash reporting, and security infrastructure providers.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
• Messages and attachments are not used for advertising.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user data, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, authentication, audit logging, and encryption-focused messaging design. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention And Deletion

We keep account, device, message metadata, attachments, audit logs, and operational records only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or security needs. Children

Lollipop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Transfers
